The head of the Council of the European Union and the leaders of a number of countries are visiting Kyiv

The heads of state and government of Estonia, Luxembourg and Moldova, as well as the President of the Council of the European Union, Antonio Košta, visited Kyiv on the occasion of Ukraine's Independence Day.
