The information was shared on President Ilham Aliyev’s official social media accounts. The post noted that the certificate was presented by the Ambassador of Ukraine to Azerbaijan during President Ilham Aliyev’s meeting with former Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko, who is visiting Baku.
