Haley Stevens in this month's primary.
El-Sayed's victory, and recent polling that suggests he's yet to unify his party's base while former Republican Rep. Mike Rogers cruised to the GOP nomination unopposed, pushed the race from leaning towards the Democrats to toss up in the latest Fox News Power Rankings.
