Variety has learned exclusively that the company has named Michael Beck senior vice president of programming, while Jessica Snavely has been promoted to senior vice president of production and operations. Together, they bring the vision, experience, and leadership that will help shape the next chapter of 32 Flavors.” Sony Pictures Television acquired a majority stake in 32 Flavors in 2024. The company is known for producing hit unscripted franchises like “Vanderpump Rules,” “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” and “The Valley.” In his new role, Beck will oversee all programming across the 32 Flavors portfolio, where he will work with talent, production teams, and network/streaming partners. Snavely will now oversee production strategy and day-to-day operations as well as leading production teams and helping to scale the company’s slate.

That includes expanding into scripted, podcasts, and other content. I look forward to collaborating with the team to expand the company’s creative footprint, develop innovative content across emerging platforms and mediums, and continue delivering compelling stories that resonate with audiences everywhere.” Beck was previously the showrunner on “Vanderpump Rules,” “Vanderpump Rules: Lisa Las Vegas,” and “Still Flipping Out,” all of which were produced by 32 Flavors. It’s been an amazing experience working alongside Alex Baskin and this exceptionally talented team, and I’ve had a front-row seat to the creativity, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit that have driven 32 Flavors’ rapid growth,” Snavely said. I’m excited for what we’re building together and for the opportunity to continue creating bold, entertaining, and memorable programming that connects with audiences.” Snavely joined 32 Flavors in 2024 from Evolution Media.
