Unscripted powerhouse 32 Flavors has made two key executive moves. Variety has learned exclusively that the company has named Michael Beck senior vice president of programming, while Jessica Snavely has been promoted to senior vice president of production and operations. Both will report to 32 Flavors CEO and founder Alex Baskin.
Together, they bring the vision, experience, and leadership that will help shape the next chapter of 32 Flavors.” Sony Pictures Television acquired a majority stake in 32 Flavors in 2024. The company is known for producing hit unscripted franchises like “Vanderpump Rules,” “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” and “The Valley.” In his new role, Beck will oversee all programming across the 32 Flavors portfolio, where he will work with talent, production teams, and network/streaming partners. Snavely will now oversee production strategy and day-to-day operations as well as leading production teams and helping to scale the company’s slate.
That includes expanding into scripted, podcasts, and other content. Beck has nearly two decades of experience, with his resume including shows like “Southern Hospitality,” “Married to Medicine,” “Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles,” and multiple “Real Housewives” shows.
