Holly Graham was humming along to a techno version of the FamilyMart jingle when she got the idea for her latest cocktail menu. After all, if you can remix a song, why not a melon bun? At Tokyo Confidential, Graham’s bar in the capital’s chic Azabu-Juban neighborhood, that idea has become a range of drinks inspired by familiar konbini (convenience store) snacks.
