To acquire the Arc Raiders "Frozen Trail" pass, simply navigate to the "reward pass" tab at the top of the screen. Here, you'll find the legacy pass, which includes items available prior to the "Frozen Trail" update going live, alongside the "Frozen Trail pass.
If you only want the free tier, you just need to activate it by clicking on it. However, if you want the premium track, it will cost you 1,150 raider tokens, the equivalent of $9.99. Longtime players of Arc Raiders have likely got more than this lying around anyway, because raider tokens have always been obtainable in-game.
If you do need to fork out real money for it, the pass will pay for itself as long as you complete it, because you'll earn that many raider tokens back.
