Atlanta rapper Belly Gang Kushington is a booming, emphatic throwback to the triumphant, larger-than-life figures of the '00s. He has been around for a few years, and he's well into his mid-thirties, but he's just now having a huge breakout year, thanks to his 2025 album The Streets Is Yours and to the blitz of singles that followed. Right now, he's got his first-ever Hot 100 hit with the 21 Savage collab "WTF GOIN." Just last week, Peter A.
Berry interviewed Belly Gang for his Stereogum rap column. So it's the perfect time to announce a new album. Belly Gang Kushington's new album is called Good Dope Sell Itself, and it comes out in just one week.
The cover art is pretty self-explanatory. So is Belly Gang's new single "OK," a thundering anthem called "OK." It feels good to hear someone rapping with total conviction.
