Atlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson put on yet another masterful performance in Monday night's primetime win.

Atlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson put on yet another masterful performance in Monday night's primetime win over the division-rival New Orleans Saints. Robinson took his first carry 59 yards to the house for a game-opening touchdown — and he didn't stop there. The superstar running back finished the 45-24 blowout win with 145 yards and two touchdowns on 19 carries.

This game could've been even bigger for Robinson had the Saints kept things competitive. But as the Falcons pulled away in the second half, backup RB Brian Robinson Jr. posted 62 rushing yards of his own to go along with a whopping three touchdown scores. Every time Robinson touches the ball, it looks as though he could break off a home-run play.

All-time great running back Barry Sanders had a similar look to his game. Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians compared Robinson to Sanders during an appearance on "The Rich Eisen Show." “The only guy I could even come close to is Barry Sanders," Arians said. "Bijan takes it to a whole other level with his jump-cut ability, his pass catching ability.

He reminds me a lot of Barry when he's running the football." Robinson already has 494 rushing yards, four rushing touchdowns, 120 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown to open up the 2026 season. Robinson and the Falcons will take the field in primetime for the third straight week this coming Sunday, facing off against the Baltimore Ravens in a Week 5 matchup.
