Streaming-sports purveyor DAZN has struck an agreement to buy EverPass Media, the distributor of licensed sports properties to commercial establishments like hotels and bars. In doing so, DAZN will pick up the commercial arm of the NFL’s popular “Sunday Ticket” package, and expand its U.S. foothold, while working to bring content distributed via EverPass to sports fans around the world. DAZN said it will tap EverPass’ U.S. streaming and technology assets to expand its commercial business around the globe.

The owners of EverPass, which include RedBird Capital Partners, TKO Group Holdings, and 32 Equity, the strategic investment arm of the NFL, will become minority shareholders in DAZN. Following the acquisition, EverPass will be renamed DAZN for Business. Alex Kaplan, CEO of EverPass, will continue to lead the business as well as take on a larger role within DAZN..

Existing EverPass customers will see no interruption to their current service as a result of the acquisition. EverPass holds thee commercial distribution rights for NFL Sunday Ticket, which includes every live out-of-market Sunday regular-season afternoon NFL game. In July of 2026, EverPass and DirecTV reached a new agreement to distribute the package via satellite and streaming.

EverPass provides commercial venues with access to programming from English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, MLB, NBA, WNBA, NWSL, NASCAR, PGA TOUR, MLS, Formula 1, college football and basketball. EverPass also has distribution partnerships with Peacock, Netflix, Paramount and Apple as well as YES Network and Chicago Sports Network.
