Nicki Minaj joined Donald Trump at a Michigan rally, adding to their growing number of public appearances together.

Rapper Nicki Minaj joined Donald Trump aboard Air Force One and appeared alongside him at a Michigan Rally on Sunday October 25, marking her latest public show of support for the president as Republicans campaign ahead of the November midterm elections. The appearance brought fresh attention to the pair's increasingly visible association, which has included White House visits, social media photographs and Minaj's vocal endorsement of Trump. During Sunday's rally in Port Huron, Trump also commented on the rapper's body, while White House Communications Director Steve Cheung jokingly suggested she could become the next White House press secretary.

Minaj has described herself as one of Trump's biggest supporters and has increasingly used her public platform to defend his administration. Their joint appearances have drawn attention from fans and critics alike, especially as the rapper has moved closer to the president's political orbit. Minaj traveled with Trump aboard Air Force One as the president headed to Michigan for a rally supporting Republican candidates ahead of next week's midterms.

The rapper shared footage from the presidential aircraft on social media, using the caption '#AirForceOneBarbie". Photographs also showed her arriving alongside Trump at Selfridge Air National Guard Base in Michigan. During the flight, Minaj spoke with Cheung in a video shared on social media, praising Trump's work ethic, economic understanding and approach to foreign policy.

White House Communications Director Steve Cheung captioned the video: "Ladies and gentlemen, I think we may have found the new White House Press Secretary!" Minaj responded to the exchange with an American flag and a smiling face with sweat emoji. The White House's official Trump War Room account also joined the exchange, writing that "Press Secretary [Nicki Minaj] has a nice ring to it!" Minaj joined Trump onstage at the rally in Port Huron, where she publicly reaffirmed her support for the president. "President Trump, it is an honor to stand with you every single time, and I will continue to support you forever," she told the crowd.

The rapper praised Trump's return to the White House, saying he had changed the country's political atmosphere and given his supporters a future to look forward to. Minaj also urged voters to support Republican candidates and spoke about her opposition to gender-related medical interventions involving children. Trump introduced the rapper as the "queen of rap" and joked that he was angry about being overshadowed by her.

After Minaj's remarks, Trump praised her again before making a comment about her appearance. "By the way, I looked at one hell of a beautiful a** before – Nicki Minaj," he said, prompting cheers from the audience. Minaj's association with the Trump administration also extended to the Small Business Administration's Million Dollar Pitch competition.
