A Sun Belt matchup is set for Thursday as James Madison looks to stay unbeaten when it visits Appalachian State, and here's what bettors need to know about the game

James Madison will be looking to stay unbeaten on Thursday night when it visits Sun Belt foe Appalachian State for a college football Week 8 battle. The Dukes (7-0, 4-0) are fourth among the other teams receiving votes in the AP Top 25, despite their apperance in the College Football Playoff last season. Appalachian State (4-2, 1-1) beat Coastal Carolina last week to snap a two-game skid, and the Mountaineers never shy away from a chance at an upset.

DraftKings lists JMU as a 10.5-point favorite in its latest James Madison vs. Appalachian State odds, and the Over/Under is 56.5. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
