The Grammy-Award winning singer is currently in the middle of a tour with Earth, Wind & Fire, and had performed on Saturday at The Muny. During the show, Richie asked his team to bring him a chair as he performed his final song All Night Long, according to TMZ, which first reported the news of the hospitalization.
In June, Richie cut short a concert in St Paul, Minnesota, after he fell ill on stage. Richie postponed two shows in the immediate aftermath. Richie is next scheduled to perform on September 26 in San Francisco.
