The actor and filmmaker Noel Clarke has been ⁠charged ​with six sexual offences, including two of sexual assault, after allegations made by five women. The charges against the former Doctor Who actor involve two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism and one count of exposure. Announcing the charges, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said the alleged offences took place between 2007 and 2016, and involved allegations made by five women.

Clarke is due to appear at Westminster magistrates court on 21 October. The charges were brought after an investigation that began in September 2025. Detective Superintendent Mike Cagney said: “The women connected to these charges continue to receive support from specially trained officers.

The information you provide will be dealt with in the utmost sensitivity and we have trained investigators on hand to support you.” Bethan David, deputy chief crown prosecutor for London, said: “The CPS has decided to prosecute Noel Clarke with two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism and one count of exposure. She said: “It is vital that there should be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings.” Clarke, 50, is best known ​for a recurring ​role ​in Doctor ​Who and for writing and starring in Kidulthood, which explored bullying, drug abuse and extreme violence among young ⁠people in London.
