The Baltimore Ravens revealed a significant injury blow before their Week 4 game against the Tennessee Titans. Head coach Jesse Minter announced Friday that Trey Hendrickson will miss Sunday's game at M&T Bank Stadium. The All-Pro pass rusher underwent a procedure on his finger.
Hendrickson had played through the injury sustained in Baltimore's season-opening win over the Indianapolis Colts. Minter doesn't expect the 31-year-old to miss much time. "We were able to get the finger fixed," Minter told reporters.
"We think it will be very, very short-term, but just a quick way to get that fixed and get him back. I think that's gonna be best for us moving forward." Hendrickson spent five seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals before signing a four-year, $112 million contract to join the AFC North rival. The Ravens pivoted to the four-time Pro Bowler after calling off a blockbuster trade for Las Vegas Raiders star Maxx Crosby.
After tallying 17.5 sacks in back-to-back seasons, Hendrickson missed 10 games with a core muscle injury in 2025. He's returned to post one sack and three quarterback hits in three games for the Ravens, who have allowed 26 points per game. Baltimore may have seen a matchup against the 0-3 Titans, who rank 31st in total offense, as the right time to let Hendrickson recover.
The Ravens could also avoid key absences on offense. Ronnie Stanley missed Friday's practice, but the All-Pro tackle may still return after missing last Sunday's Brazil game with a toe injury. Minter said the 32-year-old had "a really good two days" of practice Wednesday and Thursday.
Lamar Jackson and Zay Flowers were each full practice participants for the second straight day, boding well for the quarterback and wide receiver to play in Week 4. Sunday's game starts at 1 p.m.
