Moscow has once again bombed one of Kyiv’s bridges, despite the presence of German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in the Ukrainian capital. The visit was unplanned, but Merz says it was intended to show Germany’s support for Ukraine. France 24 correspondent Gulliver Cragg, reporting from Kyiv, says traffic has resumed on the bridge, though slowly.
