The effectiveness of technology-based acceptance and commitment therapy for anxiety and depression in family caregivers: a systematic review and meta-analysis
Technology-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (technology-based ACT) provides new treatment options, but its effectiveness for family caregivers needs further research. To explore the effectiveness of technology-based ACT in relieving family caregivers’ anxiety and depression symptoms. Search databases of PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, and Embase from inception to January 6, 2026.
Then, use the Cochrane Risk of Bias Assessment Tool, Version 2 to evaluate study quality. Finally, conduct statistical analysis with Stata 17.0 and Review Manager 5.4. A total of 1067 papers were initially retrieved, among which 7 met the inclusion criteria.
