It’s time to clock back in for “The Pitt.” HBO has released the first trailer for Season 3 of the medical drama, which will premiere in January 2027. It follows the first day back on the job for Noah Wyle‘s Dr. Robby, after he went on a three-month sabbatical at the end of Season 2.

There’s also a shot of a man slamming his head against one of the hospital doors with a bloodied nose and another patient wrestling against the restraints that have him strapped down to a gurney. The cast includes Wyle (Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch), Patrick Ball (Dr. Langdon), Katherine LaNasa (Dana Evans), Fiona Dourif (Dr.
McKay), Taylor Dearden (Dr. Santos), Gerran Howell (Dr. Whitaker), Shabana Azeez (Javadi), Ayesha Harris (Dr.
Ellis), Sepideh Moafi (Dr. Al-Hashimi) and Shawn Hatosy (Dr. Season 2, which premiered last January, racked up 25 Emmy nominations, including outstanding drama series; Wyle for lead actor; Ball, Hatosy and Howell for supporting actor; Dearden, Dourif, LaNasa and Moafi for supporting actress; and many more.
