Quarterback Josh Allen has warned Buffalo Bills' NFL rivals of a "special" atmosphere when they visit the new $2.1 billion Highmark Stadium. The Bills are perennial Super Bowl contenders and have started this season with wins over Houston and Detroit. They scored a league-high 77 points through Week 2, with Allen and tight end Dalton Kincaid off to superb starts ahead of their meeting with Los Angeles Chargers - live on Sky Sports NFL from 5.30pm this Sunday.

Built next to their old home at a cost of $2.1bn (£1.6bn), superstar Allen threw for three and rushing for two more. The venue has a natural-grass field with underground heating coils to prevent the surface from freezing, along with what has been described as the world's largest stadium snowmelt system.
"We're here and we are here to stay," Allen told Sky Sports News. You walk in there and it feels like you're in a different world. It's something I'm proud of to say that I've been first quarterback to play in there, got the first win, and it's a special spot for sure." In preparation for the Rams, Allen feels it is important to make each match it's own "one-week" season, saying: "Everything we do throughout the week is 'how do we find a way to win' so preparation, having a good practice, trusting teammates, and each week, nothing you did last week carries over to this week.
"Every season is new, every weeks is new, and every game has a different flow. Getting into the game, understanding what the defence is trying to do, what their flavour of the week is, trying to address that and ultimately put more points on the board." The Bills are among the favourites to represent the AFC Conference in the Super Bowl on Sunday February 14 at SoFi Stadium, the home of the Chargers and Los Angeles Rams in Inglewood, California. And Allen has compared his upbringing in Firebaugh, California, known being one of the largest irrigated farming communities in the US, to Buffalo, where he moved during the 2018 NFL draft.
"The environment, the family. Everybody feels like they're community here," said Allen. "On Friday nights all the restaurants were closed because everybody was at the game and it's really people looking out for people.
To have that special kind of community, I do feel like both my hometown and Buffalo are similar like that. "I understand the essence of teamwork. I understand that you want to accomplish what you want to accomplish, it takes a village.
