After entering the 2026 season with optimism, the Tennessee Titans have started the campaign in a horrible fashion. At the time of this writing, the Titans have an ugly 0-4 record and are one of the worst teams in the NFL. They have also not been showing signs of improvement, as they lost their most recent matchup against the Atlanta Falcons by a 45-24 final score.
Now, with the Titans continuing to struggle in a significant way, they are making some major changes to their front office. The Titans shared in a statement to the Nashville Tennessean that they have fired executives Erin Swartz, Adam Nuse, and Charles Jensen amid the team's awful start to the season. The Titans did not share the specific reasons why they have parted ways with Swartz, Nuse, and Jensen.
Yet, with this news, it is clear that the Titans wanted to shake up their front office a bit as they continue to struggle. If the Titans continue to play poorly, it could very well open the door to them making more changes. Yet, for now, Swartz, Nuse, and Jensen are the only ones going out the door.
It will be intriguing to see if these front office changes can help the Titans get things back on track from here.
