In just three years, Will Levis went from the Tennessee Titans quarterback of the future to on the roster bubble. The 27-year-old suffered a major setback when the Titans drafted Cam Ward with the No. 1 overall pick last year, and Levis himself missed the entire year after having season-ending shoulder surgery. The Titans made things even harder on Levis by signing Mitchell Trubisky to compete for the backup spot this offseason.
Despite the adversity he’s faced, Levis still believes a starting job is in his future. He’s completed just 7 of 17 passes for 57 yards, and with roster cuts around the corner, Bleacher Report’s Gary Davenport believes Levis could be looking for a new team soon. In those 21 starts, he threw just 21 touchdown passes.

If Levis is released, several teams could look at him in a backup role including the Detroit Lions, Miami Dolphins, Green Bay Packers, who need to replace the player who backed up Levis in Tennessee, Malik Willis, and the Washington Commanders, who could use another QB with Marcus Mariota nursing an MCL sprain.
