U.S. accuses Russia of plot to kill a prominent dissident in Washington

The U.S. is accusing the Kremlin of orchestrating a murder-for-hire plot against a prominent Russian dissident in Washington, D.C., the Department of Justice has said. The five people who were charged are still at large.
