The FBI seized Swalwell’s cellphone and laptop at the airport on Aug. 15, according to Fox News Digital’s previous reporting.
Swalwell resigned from Congress in April amid allegations of sexual misconduct. The FBI searched his Washington, D.C., home the following day, Fox News Digital previously reported.
