Ever watched two people moving around the ballroom together on Dancing With the Stars and thought their chemistry is so off the charts that there’s no WAY they aren’t together in real life? Enter Daniella Karagach and Pasha Pashkov, two of the show’s most successful pros who have been together for years and are ridiculously hot. Here’s a quick deep dive on their history.
Pasha and Daniella met while Pasha was trying to find a partner in 2009, and they immediately connected (ironically, his previous partner had just left to go on Dancing With the Stars). This is a big age difference. However, my coach said: ‘doesn't matter, she is a right partner for you,’ and that was it.
So…I called her up and I asked her to dance with me.” They started dating shortly after, despite a big age difference. It's never going to happen!” Aside from their romantic relationship, the pair have a very successful dance partnership and have won multiple championships over the years.

The couple spoke about their engagement on their personal website, with Daniella writing “The most special day of our lives was on our 4-year anniversary in 2013 when Pasha decided to recreate the first moment when he first said ‘I love you.’ He started by saying the exact words he said when he first told me he loved me: ‘I think I’m falling in love with you,’ but added, ‘…all over again.’ Then he got down on his knee and proposed…by far the best moment of our lives. Then on July 18th, 2014 in the gorgeous state of New Jersey, we had the most beautiful ceremony we ever could’ve imagined. We said yes to each other in front of all our dearest friends and family, and sealed the promise of forever with the sweetest kiss.” After competing on World of Dance, the pair were recruited to join Dancing With the Stars, which has been their home away from home ever since.
They dance together, work together, and compete together. Daniella told People back in 2024 that the key to making things work is actually taking some time for themselves, saying "I think that also keeps the spark alive because if you're in a good place in your own body, then you're in a good place in your relationship, if you're not and you're looking for comfort in someone else, I mean that works too, but for us we're stronger when we're stronger by ourselves, and then we're stronger together." The Wedding Dance School, in case the name didn’t make it obvious, teaches couples how to dance in preparation for their weddings. Oh, and they also own a coffee and dessert shop.
