If you’ve been watching Dancing With the Stars as long as I have, then you know that every episode is packed with chaos. And for me, the only thing more fun than trying to decipher off-mic convos is spotting random celebrities in the ballroom audience. As usual, there have been plenty of DWTS alums who’ve made cameos this season, but my favorite celeb sightings are the completely random ones who have you saying, “Uh, what are you doing in the ballroom?” As a reminder: It’s not uncommon for future cast members to make an appearance in the ballroom (as evidenced by the fact that season 34 audience members included Taylor Hanson, Maura Higgins, Jenna Dewan, and (unsurprising, considering his wife Whitney was competing, but still counts) Conner Leavitt.
So when I spot random celebs in the audience, you better believe I’m reading into things...and wondering who might be teasing an appearance on season 36! Ahead, all the random celebrities I’ve spotted in the audience during Dancing With the Stars season 35 so far who miiiight just be cast in a future season.
