CondéFuture is a program that seeks to inspire and nurture future generations of creative talent globally, with hands-on training and skills focussed education. This project began as an NYC-based pilot in 2021, targeting students from communities historically underrepresented in media through a weekly, two-year long skill focussed enrichment and mentorship program led by Condé’s best. CondéFuture hopes to strengthen local community engagement efforts through these meaningful volunteer opportunities for Condé Nast employees, who will have the opportunity to connect with, teach and mentor students as they complete highly creative capstone projects.

Through interactions with industry professionals from brands like Vogue, Allure, Teen Vogue, GQ, and more, students explore their passions in photography, video, social media, fashion, digital design, and beyond.
