College football analyst David Pollack takes to social media to put Texas A&M on blast after their ugly Week 6 loss to Missouri.

Coming into the 2026 college football season, many expected the Texas A&M Aggies could contend for a CFP spot. But after a third loss in SEC play on Saturday against the Missouri Tigers, critics have quickly emerged and made it clear that the Aggies have been one of the more disappointing programs in the sport this year. Aggies fans had plenty to be encouraged about coming into the season.

Senior quarterback Marcel Reed was expected to lead a dynamic offense that could compete with the upper-echelon teams in the country after an 11-1 regular season in 2025. Through the first six weeks of the college football season, these hopes of Aggies fans have not been realized. After losses to Kentucky and LSU in Weeks 3 and 4, Texas A&M again struggled in a rather non-competitive loss to Missouri on Saturday.

And after the game, college football analyst David Pollack made it clear that Texas A&M may have its hands full to even earn their way into any bowl game. "Man its hard to watch A&M's offense," wrote Pollack in a post on X.

"Reed too many misses but than he hits em in stride, and they drop the ball. Run game is no where to be found. A&M hoping for a bowl game now." More news: Kirk Herbstreit Has Surprising Pick for Best College Football Team in Country It's hard to disagree with anything Pollack had to say here.

Especially in regards to Marcel Reed's inconsistency as a passer thus far this season. Through six games, Reed has completed just 57 percent of his passes, the worst completion percentage of his four-year collegiate career. As a result, the Aggies rank in the bottom four of the SEC in yards per game thus far on the season.

Things also don't get much easier for the Aggies down the stretch of their schedule, as matchups with the No. 1 ranked Texas Longhorns, the No. 6 ranked Alabama Crimson Tide, and the No. 15 ranked Tennessee Volunteers still await them. Fortunately, they will get soft matchup in Week 7 to potentially get back on track following their loss in Week 6 when they face off against the Citadel Bulldogs.
