Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson has been booed many times by his home crowd since he joined the team in 2022. That is certainly a possibility once again on Saturday when the Browns host the Buffalo Bills for their preseason home opener. However, it doesn't matter to Watson whatever kind of reaction he gets from fans this weekend.

Watson has been suspended by the NFL for having more than 20 civil lawsuits while also suffering two Achilles tears and a displaced fracture to his right shoulder, all of which were season-ending injuries. When he has been on the field, Watson has underwhelmed, throwing for just 3,365 yards, 19 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. It remains to be seen whether Watson can recreate the magic from his days with the Texans, especially his 2020 campaign in which he led the league with 4,823 passing yards, but fans seem to be over the Watson experiment, and rightfully so.
The Browns don't seem to be, though, as he is right in the mix with second-year quarterback Shedeur Sanders for the starting job.
