Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni appeared to yell obscenities in the direction of Chicago Bears linebacker D'Marco Jackson after his hit on quarterback Jalen Hurts. Jackson hit Hurts as he stepped out of bounds on the sideline, resulting in an unnecessary roughness penalty for a late hit out of bounds. Hurts was forced into the blue medical tent were he was evaluated for a concussion.
Hurts was cleared to return to the field, but not before backup QB Andy Dalton threw a costly interception in the end zone. After the Eagles' 27-7 loss, Sirianni expressed regret over his emotional outburst. It was close on the sideline.
