ESPN reported that Hurts is receiving treatment and that backup QB Tanner McKee will start against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday with rookie quarterback Cole Payton now playing backup. On Thursday, Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni spoke with the media but didn’t give up much information on Hurts’ health.
