Former NBA star Blake Griffin announced he is hosting his own weekly talk show called "The Stepback with Blake Griffin." In partnership with Amazon Studios, YouTube and Wondery, Griffin's new show will debut on Oct. 20, and new episodes will release every Tuesday during the NBA season. He founded Mortal Media with former NFL veteran Ryan Kalil, which the film and television production company that is helping produce Griffin's new talk show. Griffin has also made cameos in multiple shows like "Saturday Night Live" in 2021, the remake of "White Men Can't Jump" in 2023 and "The Simpsons" in 2025.
Griffin also served an NBA studio analyst for Amazon last season.
