The Green Bay Packers may need to wait longer than expected for the return of superstar pass rusher Micah Parsons, according to a recent report from NFL insider Tom Pelissero. Parsons suffered a torn ACL injury in Week 15 of the 2025 season. Initial timeline projections said he could be back on the field as early as Week 5 of Week 6 — but Pelissero says that original timeline could be pushed back.
While Parsons hasn't suffered any setbacks in his recovery process, it could be November by the time he's ready for in-game action. Green Bay will then face off against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 10, before taking a break with their Week 11 bye. The 1-2 Packers will face off against the 0-3 Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a Week 4 matchup this coming Sunday.
