The six-episode Season 8 is adapted from “Clown Town,” the ninth book in Mick Herron’s “Slough House” series. Gary Oldman, who was nominated for lead actor in a drama series at the Emmys, will return as the grumpy yet lovable Jackson Lamb. Season 8 “sees Jackson Lamb and Diana Taverner (Kristin Scott Thomas) face off in their most explosive confrontation yet,” according to its synopsis.
Season 8 is adapted for TV and executive produced by Ben Vanstone, with Adam Randall set to return as director. See-Saw Films is part of the Mediawan group.
