In case you haven’t heard: Victoria’s Secret is searching for a new Angel. Following their open casting call earlier this year, VS debuted its first-ever docuseries, Angels Among Us, on YouTube, following the journey to find its newest Angel. The winner will be revealed live during this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Sunday, October 18—and I’ve gotta say, the competition is fierce.
After Brielle Reimann was eliminated during episode 3, we now have nine finalists in the running going into episode 4 (which premieres on Thursday, October 8, at 7 p.m. Get to know them all, below! Originally from the Dominican Republic, Andreína was crowned Miss Dominican Republic 2021 and represented the Dominican Republic at Miss Universe 2022, reaching second runner-up.
The youngest of the potential Angels, 18-year-old Aria is an aspiring actor and model from Pennsylvania. New Jersey native Kailyn has modeled for brands like Aeropostale, Oh Polly, and Mirror Palais, and she also made her acting debut on the CBS police comedy Elsbeth. Born in Puerto Rico, Kassandra is the founder of La Vie Agency and Vice City Models and owns her own hair salon in Fort Lauderdale.
She’s modeled for brands like Mia Swimwear, Capristan, and Maly Swimwear, among others, and has appeared in music videos (most recently in Lil Baby’s video for “Dead Fresh”). Hawai‘i native Kyani represented her island as Miss Maui Teen USA 2021 and has since walked runways for both the Hawai’i Swim Show and Miami Swim Week. Picked out of the crowd at casting by Paloma Elsesser (casual), Mar hails from Los Angeles and—when she’s not modeling—is currently studying finance.
Riley is a recent grad from Eastern New Mexico University, where she was on the track and field team. Originally from Cameroon, Solange is currently based in Maine, where she walks for multicultural fashion shows and is signed with Port City Models. Born and raised in NYC, Tatyana already has done tons of commercial, editorial, and runway modeling, most recently walking in the Sherri Hill Spring 2027 Runway Show during New York Fashion Week.
