Tennessee Titans wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson is believed to have avoided a concussion after he was checked for one during the team's joint practice with the Chicago Bears on Wednesday. NFL insider Ian Rapoport reported the update on Thursday. Rapoport also said the Titans' medical staff will continue to minor Robinson to make sure concussion symptoms do not arise in the future.
In a press conference after the joint practice, Titans head coach Robert Saleh described Bears safety Xavier Woods' contact with Robinson as a "cheap" hit. Woods previously played for the Titans during the 2025 season but he was released after Saleh was hired as head coach. Robinson signed a four-year, $78 million contract with the Titans this offseason.
He reunited with his former New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll, who is now the offensive coordinator for the Titans. Robinson played four seasons with the Giants after the organization drafted him in the second round in 2022. Last season, he caught 92 passes for a career-high 1,014 yards with four touchdowns in 16 games.
This season, he is listed as one of three starting wide receivers on the Titans' depth chart, alongside Carnell Tate and Calvin Ridley.
