The Minnesota Vikings and Buffalo Bills both enter Monday night's primetime matchup at 6-1, setting up one of Week 9's biggest games. Minnesota returns to U.S. Bank Stadium after losing their first game of the season, a 19-15 defeat to Detroit, while Buffalo is coming off a convincing 36-10 win over Baltimore.
The Bills offense is averaging an NFL-best 33.3 points per game, while the Vikings defense is allowing just 13.3, the lowest mark in the league. A win for either side would provide a valuable confidence boost heading into a demanding stretch of the season. On Wednesday, Minnesota has added some depth on the offensive line, signing Corey Robinson II after bringing him in for a workout, according to NFL insider Jordan Schultz.

He spent his first three seasons at Georgia Tech after redshirting at Kansas, and then transferred to Arkansas for his final senior year in 2025. He started all 12 games for the Razorbacks last season and was named a preseason third-team All-SEC selection.
He was also a key blocker for All-SEC running back Mike Washington Jr., who broke out for 1,070 yards and eight touchdowns on 167 carries last year (6.4 yards per carry). The season prior at Georgia Tech, he earned a 91.2 pass-blocking grade from Pro Football Focus, the highest among Power Four offensive linemen and fourth-best in the country. The move makes sense for Minnesota, which needed more depth after releasing third-year guard Trevor Keegan. They also recently lost starting left guard Donovan Jackson to a season-ending torn meniscus. After Buffalo on Monday, the Vikings will travel to Green Bay on Nov. 15 before facing the 49ers in Mexico City on Nov. 22, then hosting the Falcons and Panthers.
Adding offensive line depth now could prove useful as Minnesota navigates that stretch.
