The Dallas Cowboys haven't made it past the NFC Divisional Round since they won their most recent Super Bowl during the 1995 season. Following a Week 1 loss versus the New York Giants on "Sunday Night Football," the Cowboys responded in a big way Sunday with a 37-20 win against the Washington Commanders in Week 2. Despite a historic performance by Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott and a monster effort from star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb, ESPN's Dan Orlovsky isn't even close to labeling the Cowboys as a serious threat for a deep playoff run.
The former NFL quarterback is so confident that Dallas won't make the NFC title game over the winter that he's even willing to put his luscious locks on the line. The Minnesota Vikings, Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks have all started the year 2-0 and the Giants could join them with a Week 2 "Monday Night Football" win versus the Los Angeles Rams. The Cowboys also have a daunting slate of games on the horizon, with their next five contests coming against the Baltimore Ravens, Houston Texans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Green Bay Packers and Eagles.
